Cancellation Policy

Welcome to our online Spanish school! We are delighted to offer a free trial lesson to new students to help them get acquainted with our teaching style and evaluate how our classes can meet their learning goals. Please review the following policy to understand the terms and conditions associated with our free trial lessons. Eligibility 1. **New Students Only**: The free trial lesson is available to new students who have not previously enrolled in any of our courses. 2. **One Trial per Student**: Each student is entitled to one free trial lesson. Multiple free trials for the same student are not permitted. Booking and Scheduling 1. **Advance Booking Required**: Free trial lessons must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting our support team. 3. **Confirmation**: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with the details of your trial lesson, including the date, time, and a link to join the virtual classroom. 4. **Contact**: Our team will contact you between 24 hours in advance to confirm your attendance. 5. **Confirmation Required**: You must confirm your attendance. If we do not receive your confirmation, the lesson will be automatically canceled. This policy is in place because, unfortunately, some people do not appear for their scheduled lesson, which results in lost time and missed opportunities for other students. Technical Requirements Ensure you have a stable internet connection, a computer or tablet with a webcam, and a quiet space for the lesson. Cancellation and Rescheduling 1. **Cancellation Policy**: If you need to cancel your trial lesson, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to another student. 2. **Rescheduling**: We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule your trial lesson, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Limitations and Restrictions 1. **Non-Transferable**: The free trial lesson is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who booked it.
