Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling and Cancellation 1. **Rescheduling**: Lessons can be rescheduled any time up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Please contact us to arrange a new time. 2. **Late Cancellations**: If you need to cancel a lesson and do so less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will be liable to be charged the full amount for the lesson. Attendance and Tolerance Time 1. **Waiting Tolerance**: We have a waiting tolerance time of 15 minutes. If you or your child do not show up within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the lesson will be considered missed, and you will be charged the full amount for the lesson.
